Email us at info@elsastorm.com, and we will provide a return shipping label. Please use the original packaging in which the item was sent. The processing time for returns is up to 7 workdays.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a right of withdrawal for 14 days. The withdrawal period starts on the day you received the item. The item should be in a sellable condition with any seals intact. You may not use it, but you can carefully examine it. In case of using the right of withdrawal, the entire purchase amount, including shipping will be refunded.
